Consulting Group, LLC (B3) is headquartered in Woodbridge, VA. It was founded in 2017 by President and CEO Paul E. Brooks. B3, a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), was created with the goal of providing intelligence analysis and professional services to the federal government and commercial clients.
We specialize in Geospatial Intelligence, Imagery and Full Motion Video Analysis, Cyber Operations, Business Planning and Program/Project Management.
Paul E. BrooksPaul is President and Chief Executive Officer of B-Consulting, a Veteran Owned Small Business. Paul is a retired U.S. Army Senior Intelligence Analyst, and has over 30 years of government experience as a Geospatial Intelligence Officer, while serving in the US Army, as a contractor, and Department of Defense (DoD) civilian employee, supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) and National Command Authority.
Paul has a BS in Strategic Intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College at DIA, and a BA in Intelligence Operations from Excelsior University. He is also a Certified GEOINT Professional GPC.
Shaddrack D. BynesShad is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for B-3 Consulting. Shad is a retired U.S. Army Intelligence Officer and technician with over 30 years combined experience in Geospatial Intelligence, Collection Manager, and Program Management Experience. Shad also has extensive experience in Full Motion Video Operations, gained while supporting operations in. Tactical Environment, as a member of the U.S. military and for the Department of Defense and as a contractor supporting the intelligence community, regional and unified commands, and the National Command Authority.
Shad has a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC), and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Intelligence Center and School as an Imagery/Geospatial Intelligence Analyst.
